Account information
When you sign in through Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar information. Veltrix creates its own internal user record and session. Your Discord password is not shared with us.
License and service data
We store the licenses assigned to your account, game IDs you bind, changes to those bindings, and security-related session information. Purchases and gifts will require associated order and transaction records when payments become available.
Why data is used
Data is used to sign you in, deliver license access, enforce slot limits, prevent misuse, provide support and maintain service security. Discord roles reflect license state; they do not replace the license database.
Third-party services
Discord handles Discord authentication. Our infrastructure and domain providers process network requests as part of hosting the service. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Payment providers will be disclosed when payment processing is enabled.
Requests and retention
The support mailbox is being configured and is not available for requests yet. Some security, transaction and legal records may need to be retained. Specific operator details, a working request channel and retention schedules must be completed before public sales.
