Answers, without the guesswork.
Common questions about accounts, slots and product access.
Do I have to add game IDs when purchasing?
No. You can leave all slots empty and fill them later in your account. The paid term still starts when payment is confirmed, not when the first ID is added.
Does closing the program free a slot?
No. A slot belongs to a bound game account. It stays occupied when that account is offline. Replacing an account is a separate action.
What does Plus include?
VeltrixBot Plus adds the PVP, Base Engineer and Sentinel bot modules. Purchase requires an approved Plus eligibility. It does not grant a separate Tool license.
Can I buy VeltrixTool now?
No. The product is planned and currently not available for purchase. Pricing on the website describes its planned licensing model.
Is the license tied to my IP address?
No. Game account bindings use game IDs, not your public IP address. A normal network change is not an ID replacement.
How often can I replace a game ID?
The base rule is one replacement every 24 hours for the entire product license pool. Adding an account to a never-used slot does not count as a replacement.
Will a short server outage stop my program?
The licensing integration is designed around signed time-limited permits and retry logic, not a shutdown on the first failed request. The exact offline allowance will be shown with the supported client release.
Can I pay on the website right now?
Not yet. Prices and configuration previews are available, but payment collection is disabled. No paid license is issued by the preview.
